Woven patches with a combination of traditional embroidery. We can add an embroidered border, plus also some of the parts of a design can be embroidered to give the patch more depth and a more traditional feel.
This patch offers use of both woven & embroidery techniques.
Border Options: Hot Knife, Merrow (Overlocked), Hybrid (Mix of hot knife & merrow).
Backing Options: Heat Applied, Non Backing, Velcro, Self Adhesive Sticker, Magnetic, Paper.

Lead Time: 3-4 weeks
Application Settings:
Top Heat Press: 120-155 deg for 10-12 seconds
Bottom Heat Press: 145-155 deg for 10 seconds
Artwork Requirements: Ai, Eps, PDF, High Res Jpeg, Photo
Set Up Costs: approx £35 per design (plus vat) which is refundable if design ordered within 4 weeks of proofing.
