What do I need to provide for a quotation or order?

  • Your artwork
  • Size of desired patches
  • Finish of patches (eg Iron On, Sew On, Velcro Backed etc)
  • Type of Border (Hot Knife, Merrow, Hybrid etc)
  • The quantity(s) to be quoted on or order

How long will it take to receive a quotation?

We will generally aim to quote for embroidered & thermal transfer printed patches on the same day

A woven quote is generally supplied within 24 hours

(working days only)

What kind of fabric can you offer?

We can offer full embroidery (100%) or part embroidery where there is an assortment of materials available for the background including twill, felt, etc)

What are the backing options?

How do you measure the size of a patch?

Measure the longest width and the longest height, add these together and divide by 2, this will give you your patch size

eg. Width = 89mm + Height = 78mm (89 + 78 = 167 / 2 = 83.5mm)

Can you sample a badge?

Yes we can arrange a physical sample, we would charge a set up cost (to create a dst or digital tape), this would be refunded against an order for that design if order is placed within 28 days of proofing

How do you ship my orders?

We use UPS as our carrier on a next working day delivery (mainland UK) Overseas may take an extra 1-2 days.

How do you take payment?

We have various options including Stripe (credit/debit card gateway), PayPal, Bank Transfer, Cheque

Can you ship overseas?

Yes we can ship worldwide if needed.
