How do I place an order?

Do you have minimum order quantities?
- Embroidered & Thermal Heat Transfer: 25 pieces
- Woven Patches & Labels: 100 pieces
What information do I need to provide for a quotation or order?
- Your artwork
- Desired patch size
- Patch finish (e.g., Iron-On, Sew-On, Velcro-Backed)
- Border type (Hot Knife, Merrow, Hybrid, etc.)
- Quantity for quotation or order
How long does it take to receive a quotation?
- We typically provide quotes for embroidered and thermal transfer printed patches on the same day.
- Woven patch quotes are generally provided within 24 hours (working days only).
What fabric options do you offer?
We offer both full embroidery (100%) and partial embroidery, with a range of materials available for backgrounds, such as twill, felt, and more. For detailed options, please refer to our Thread & Fabric Charts.
What edging options do you provide?
- Embroidered Patches: Hot Knife Cut, Merrow, Hybrid

What are the available backing options?

How do you measure the size of a patch?
To determine the patch size, measure the longest width and height, add them together, and divide by 2. For example:
Width = 89mm + Height = 78mm (89 + 78 = 167mm / 2 = 83.5mm)
Can you provide a sample badge?
Yes, we can arrange for a physical sample. A setup fee is required to create a DST or digital tape, which will be refunded if an order for that design is placed within 28 days of proofing.
How will my orders be shipped?
We use DPD for next working day delivery within mainland UK. Overseas deliveries may require an additional 1-2 days.
What payment options do you offer?
We accept payments via Stripe (credit/debit card gateway), PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Cheque.

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping.
