Woven patches made with thinner fine threads than used in traditional embroidery, this makes the patches thinner, more flexible and allows for more intricate designs to be replicated more accurately. Available with a variety of backings including Iron On, Heat Applied, Self Adhesive, Velcro as well as traditional sew on.
Woven patches use finer threads to allow for a more intricate design and has a softer feel.
Border Options: Hot Knife, Merrow (Overlocked), Hybrid (Mix of hot knife & merrow).
Backing Options: Heat Applied, Non Backing, Velcro, Self Adhesive Sticker, Magnetic, Paper.

Application Settings:
Top Heat Press: 120-155 deg for 10-12 seconds
Bottom Heat Press: 145-155 deg for 10 seconds

Set Up Costs: approx £35 per design (plus vat) which is refundable if design ordered within 4 weeks of proofing.
