A merrow border adds a ‘3D’ embroidered finish to your boder to raise the design from the garment. Perfect for designs that are going to be overlocked and stitched onto garments.

Laser Cut Borders are cut using a laser machine for a crisp, clean edge with no differentiation from the body of the design.

Applique bordered patches are supplied with an additional 3mm of twill/material around the edge of the patch for overlocking. A DST border file is also provided with the patch.
