Embroidered Patches

Set your heat press to 160-165°C and position your patch on the garment.
Cover the area with a teflon sheet, or appropriate material, and press for 12-15 seconds.
Once pressed, remove the garment and allow it to cool.

Set your heat press to 155-160°C and position your patch on the garment.
Cover the area with a teflon sheet, or appropriate material, and press for 10-12 seconds.
Once pressed, remove the garment and allow it to cool.
Woven Patches

Set your heat press to 150-155°C and position your patch on the garment.
Cover the area with a teflon sheet, or appropriate material, and press for 10-12 seconds.
Once pressed, remove the garment and allow it to cool.
Lift the garment from both sides to avoid distorting the patch while the glue is hot and pliable. If necessary, reshape the patch while it is still warm.

Set your heat press to 145-150°C and position your patch on the garment.
Cover the area with a teflon sheet, or appropriate material, and press for 10- seconds.
Once pressed, remove the garment and allow it to cool.
Lift the garment from both sides to avoid distorting the patch while the glue is hot and pliable. If necessary, reshape the patch while it is still warm.
Speciality patches

Set your heat press to 140-160°C and position your patch on the garment.
Cover the area with a teflon sheet, or appropriate material, and press for 10-16 seconds.
Once pressed, remove the garment and allow it to cool.
DO NOT USE A TOP HEATPRESS FOR TPU PATCHES

Please note, all application instructions are provided as a guide and can vary based on the make, model and age of the heatpress used. We are happy to provide samples FOC to test before ordering any patches.
For the best results, we recommend the use of a bottom heatpress.
