Using traditional embroidery techniques, our part embroidered patches have embroidery on a twill backing, on these the twill will show in some of the areas therefore cutting down on the amount of stitching and reducing costs.
Part Embroidered patches have selected thread coverage on a twill backing.
Border Options: Hot Knife, Merrow (Overlocked), Hybrid (Mix of hot knife & merrow).
Backing Options: Heat Applied, Non Backing, Velcro, Self Adhesive Sticker, Magnetic, Paper.
Thread Options: Standard, Fluorescent, Glow In The Dark, Metallic.

Application Settings:
Top Heat Press: 160-165 deg for 12-15 seconds
Bottom Heat Press: 155-160 deg for 10-12 seconds
Artwork Requirements: Ai, Eps, PDF, Jpeg, Photo
Set Up Costs: approx £35 per design (plus vat) which is refundable if design ordered within 4 weeks of proofing.
